What amazing service, thanks to Louis and Craig. My laptop had just ‘died’, I was in desperate need of a new one, quickly and one that is suitable for my job. You can argue, I’m IT (hardware) illiterate. None of this was an issue, not only did Louis get my laptop working for me that day (with some advice) so I could continue working, but my new one arrive the next day. We've been working with Balliante for a few years as they provide us with all their IT support. They have been so responsive to all requests and their attention to detail has been excellent. When dealing with IT you need someone you can rely on and Balliante do just that. However the biggest thing for me is that they really do care about providing a quality service!
