We have an exciting opportunity for business development specialists. 

Our Business Growth Specialist role lets you enjoy building new connections and generating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in a rewarding, motivating setting.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing a valuable network, developing profitable relationships and securing new business. Being proactive, conscientious and driven is essential. 

Our Business Growth Specialist will get to spend their time on:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using a range of strategies such as networking, cold calling and attending industry events
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintaining  and growing relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Providing insights and recommendations on sales strategies to the leadership team
  • Monitoring market trends and developments 
  • Continually learning about our service delivery from our production team to best showcase our skills and the value of each service to prospective clients
  • Getting to know our organisational culture to select clients that fit our values and will value our service
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans

What we need you to bring to the table:

  • Proven successful experience in bringing in new business contracts
  • Evidence of consistently achieving sales targets
  • A global mindset with an excitement to bring in opportunities from the UK and internationally 
  • An ability to self-direct and share considered, results-focused updates and suggestions with Management
