You’ll be the go-to person for pro-actively monitoring systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Provide exemplary support to clients via calls, tickets, and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT, website, and software issues.
- Assist in hardware configuration and remote support.
- Ensure client satisfaction with clear and friendly communication.
Must-Have:
- Proven IT support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license
