Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential clients for our sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to engage with potential clients over the phone or through other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, online research, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products or services and assess their needs and interest.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough lead qualification to ensure that potential clients meet our criteria for a sales appointment.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on their availability and the prospect’s preferences.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that are not yet ready to commit to an appointment, and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and lead details in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are well-prepared for and meet the needs of both the client and the sales representative.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Confidence on the phone essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistence and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
