As a Commission-Only Sales Representative at Balliante, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth in the competitive New York market. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals with a passion for technology sales. Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ IT requirements and pain points.
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate Balliante’s comprehensive suite of services, including Business IT Support, Website Design and Development, CRM Systems, Software, Hardware, and Telecoms, tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals that address clients’ challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with clients to address concerns, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Balliante as a leader in the IT sector.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Business IT Support, Website Design and Development, CRM Systems, Software, Hardware, and Telecoms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with the New York business landscape is a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure, allowing you to directly influence your income based on your sales performance.
